004: Bonus Track

Hurricane in my soul.  Rainbows gone dark. Feeling like a fool  because I have a broken heart.  Chaos and pain overwhelm make me feel crazy. Take the helm and don't rephrase me. Hear my voice, my words for what they truly are. Don't belittle my choices, I need to be heard. Stop painting over my scars. Energy and inertia battle out 'til I don't know when I'll win it. Unsure what's about my broken soul. Breathe in, relax... Breathe out... Focus. Focus. Focus...

003: Pretty Gritty - Love Bites

Sometimes when I'm listening to music I think, "Maybe we were just ahead of our time?" For instance, Pretty Gritty popped into my head while listening to Pretty Savage  by BlackPink  today. They sound nothing alike in reality, but the titles are somewhat similar and some days that is all it takes. Love Bites came into my head shortly after, as it always does, but is hardly a new train of thought when it comes to titling. I think, perhaps, every band has written a song by the name. To be honest, it's hardly an original theme but that's also why it's so popular. Everyone can relate to these songs. It's no wonder our Girl Power Feminist Garage Band failed, however. We were surrounded by Metal boy-bands in a mostly-Republican town with more churches than bars. Yeah, it's no wonder we existed, either.  On that note: Dating's Overrated music video, for a taste of our early work, since neither song mentioned ever got their own M/V.

002. | Soul of Sorrow - Pathetically So Pathetic

There are so many original files 📂 but I can't listen to them, let alone share them with the world, because they're .VOC files instead of MP3s or WMVs ... If there is a converter out there, I can't find it. I'll accept suggestions from anyone. Thank you very much. ~|Lala Vail|~

001. I'm Perfection - Not Just a Pretty Face

The above Cover features my sister as the model. I don't think she knew how often this would occur. Cover art above is an interesting photo of my own tattoo. One of the few where my sister isn't what you see.  This, however, is the symbol I created for our little backyard garage band which, tragically, never made it beyond this stage.   There are a number of demos - complete with cover art - just sitting in a box, yearning for meaning. I figured I would dedicate this blog to my lyrics, videos, and old music. The majority of which, I should mention, have no real music with them. Eve of Destruction , formerly known as Havoc Angel, Tsiehta Anomaly, and Zees Lipstick, was comprised originally of 2 singers, a drummer, and a dancer who could play brass instruments when asked.  The drummer, Nikki "Angel" Hart, disappeared from our circle in 2012. Worse than that, none of us miss her. Our Brassy Dancer moved to California. She's now in L.A. trying to make it as an actress...
