Green for Autonomy - Red for MMIWG ☀

To everyone using Red as the color for Abortion Rights - you seriously need to do your research. The color Red is for bringing awareness to the MMIW movement. (Missing/Murdered Indigenous Women...and Girls)

The official color for Abortion and Autonomy is Green. You can thank Argentina for that as they've been protesting and fighting for the right much longer than we here in the U.S.A. have been.

Some people don't care about the colors - and that's fine up to a point. However, disrespecting other equally important causes is definitely not.

These movements are bound to have some cross-over in the future. Let's not make it a difficult process and continue to stand up for Indigenous Rights and Female Autonomy in this Patriarchal nightmare we call a "Free Country"...

001. I'm Perfection - Not Just a Pretty Face

The above Cover features my sister as the model. I don't think she knew how often this would occur. Cover art above is an interesting photo of my own tattoo. One of the few where my sister isn't what you see.  This, however, is the symbol I created for our little backyard garage band which, tragically, never made it beyond this stage.   There are a number of demos - complete with cover art - just sitting in a box, yearning for meaning. I figured I would dedicate this blog to my lyrics, videos, and old music. The majority of which, I should mention, have no real music with them. Eve of Destruction , formerly known as Havoc Angel, Tsiehta Anomaly, and Zees Lipstick, was comprised originally of 2 singers, a drummer, and a dancer who could play brass instruments when asked.  The drummer, Nikki "Angel" Hart, disappeared from our circle in 2012. Worse than that, none of us miss her. Our Brassy Dancer moved to California. She's now in L.A. trying to make it as an actress...

005: Regardless

she turns up the radio even though it's just the weather. sleeps with maracas under her pillow... and says things like "it won't matter." she cuts her own hair without a mirror and leaves the house with no eyeliner on. people say she lacks structure. but she's really just having fun... she sings in the grocery aisle regardless of the strangers in the store. givers everyone a smile; they don't understand. what she's dancing for. she walks in the rain, watching the lightning play. people thinks she's insane, so they stay out of her way. barefoot in the snow, she keeps on walking... with everything she knows, she don't care about all their talkin'. outcast from an early age, she has lots to resent... but she just turns the page... yeah, she dares to be different. in recent memory, no one can recall another like her. it's hard to believe, but this is about who I see in the mirror. Search your memory and you'll see... Yeah... this song is a...

Rainbow (A poem about seeing the upside of things)

Rainbow April 24th, 2004 Chorus: Our life is a rainbow if we let it be. A colorful show, happy and free There's a color everyday and at every crossroad. I still don't know what to say when I think about the waves. Bridge: At the end of every rainbow, somewhere there's a pot of gold. And it will show, if you do as your instincts have told.
