Hey it's been a while since I updated this blog. I have so much poetry I could add, so many political issues I could bring up... but I just feel like maybe I should ask everyone to just check in on their loved ones. My depression has been extra hard the past few days because I went off my meds (By ACCIDENT) and now I'm trying to pull myself back up. No one has asked how I'm doing or what's up. I have a group chat I could talk to, but they're having their own issues and I don't want to be a burden. So, if you love someone who's been a little less loud lately- ask if they're okay. Let them know you love & need them in your life. Remind them that you are there for them as much as they are for you. It's an old message, I know, but unfortunately in today's society - it bears repeating! Love You Heathens!
